There is no better way to beat the burn out than to pack an overnight bag, get on a bus and just leave. One Friday night after work, that’s exactly what we did. We all needed it.
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter was our main destination. It was a dream come true finally getting here. All thanks to my lovely parents for granting me this as a gift for graduating. I have to say that this day was the best day of my life. There is nothing like seeing dreams materialize, seeing fantasies from books that I’ve read and watched since I was little come to life.
So Universal Studios Osaka was our main destination. It has got to be one of the best theme parks I’ve ever visited (of course I’ve never been to Disney Land yet–hopefully soon!). Although I spent most of my time in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, I enjoyed quite a few of Universal Studios Osaka’s attractions.
So when I graduated last May 2015, my parents granted me one of my biggest dreams: Japan (Pokemon Center + Wizarding World of Harry Potter). So a week after my graduation my family and I, ever so hungry for travel and adventure, got on a plane straight for Osaka, Japan.
A little intro: CASA Footworks is the official dance guild of the Communication Arts course of the University of Santo Tomas. I joined CASA Footworks back in my Sophomore year, and although I wasn’t an active member, I’ve gained a lot of friends and memories with this team.
CASA Footworks has recently bagged their fourth consecutive Championship title in a faculty wide dance competition called Cypher. Generations of CASA Footworks members have gathered to celebrate.
