Another month has passed and what a month it has been. It feels like a year’s worth of drama all squeezed in one short month. It went by fast. A lot has changed since July.
There are about 4 months to go until 2016 ends. This year has got to be the most eventful year of my life. So many life changing events. New people I’ve met, people I lost, new experiences, places to explore, and everything that makes a roller coaster of a life. Here are a few things I learned along the way.
So the hashtag #GrowingUpInQatar was trending a few days back and it really brought back a lot of memories of my time there. I got really nostalgic. I am and forever will be a #DohaKid and in this blog post, I’ll be talking about my favorite things about #GrowinUpInQatar. Continue reading
I know that it’s supposed to be a ‘Sunday’ currently, but weekends are usually my only free time and I get to do a lot of things during these two short days before I get back to the routine life of work and home. So… I’m going to be talking about my weekend instead.
The words “starting over” may contain a multitude of meanings. I’ve started over more times than I can count at the age of 22. And that’s okay. That’s something I’ve learned recently. It’s okay to start over, as long as you keep trying.
I believe that I’m constantly evolving. I know that I’m not the same person I was back when I was 12 or 14 or 17 or 19. Hell, right now I have bright blue green hair and I never thought I’d look like this back when I was a teenager (still can’t believe that I can use the “back when I was a teenager” line now).
Anyway, I’m going to save you the trouble of reading all about the sad mishaps that I’ve gone through that has forced myself to start over time and time again. This has got to be my 8th blog by now, and I’ve said this before but, I really hope I stick with this one from now on.
