Game Review | Last of Us Remastered

One of the most anticipated games of 2013 was Last of Us. It is an action-adventure post-apocalyptic game set after the zombie apocalypse. This game has been one of Naughty Dog’s most successful video games and I played Last of Us Remastered on the PS4 as soon as I finished Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Even though I’ve watched Pewdiepie play it already, doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy the story less.

Book Review: Fight Club by Chuck Palahnuik

Fight Club has been on my list for years but I could never find a copy cheap enough. Palahniuk books are always so expensive! A few weeks ago I stumbled upon a link that provided e-book collections of Palahniuk (and Haruki Murakami, among other authors!!!) and I just couldn’t help myself! So, I read Fight Club first it has been a roller coaster ride. Here’s to me breaking the first and second rule!

Ruby Sparks tells the beautifully painful and enchanting story of Calvin Weir-Fields, a washed up writer prodigy, and his dream girl Ruby Sparks. Dream girl meaning she came to him in a dream, he wrote about her, and she suddenly appeared in his kitchen. Every time he writes something about her in his manuscript, it happens. May it be her speaking in French to her personality traits and even her emotions.

Book Review: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Since they announced the continuation of the series, fans all over the world rejoiced. Until, of course, further details confirmed it as to be a play performed only in England. Everyone who wasn’t in or near England expressed their dismay until the production and organization that put Harry Potter and the Cursed Child together finally gave in to the fans’ wishes to publish the script into a book. It took a few months for me to get my hands on this since it was always sold out. Once I finally got it, it took me about 5 months to finish because I was just so scared for it to end all over again.
